Emergency Operation Specialists (EOS) is a consulting service dedicated to safety and response readiness by providing customized support for the development and implementation of emergency plans.
We specialize in not-for-profits: schools, colleges, universities, research organizations, houses of worship, etc.

Our methodology includes providing

  • threat/vulnerability analysis (free to new customers)
  • Customized programs for schools, academic environments
  • personnel training
  • response team building
  • prevention strategies
  • contingency plans
  • plans for mitigation and recovery
  • programs for outreach throughout the recovery period (especially important for houses of worship)
  • preparedness programs for groups at every age level and area of interest.

We offer custom solutions including:
  • Emergency Operation Plans for most likely contingencies (including severe weather, lockdown, shelter-in-place, active shooter, power failure, and many others), along with quick response cards, department specific disaster plans, organization charts and other elements needed to maximize safe and efficient incident response.
  • Training and Exercises to insure that your organization has a plan that works, with people who know how to use your plan.
  • Preparedness programs for youth/scout groups where they will learn how to help themselves and how to assist others in time of crisis. They will build a “go-kit” from materials provided.
  • Readiness programs for seniors where they will build an “emergency kit” and learn basic survival for severe weather and other threats.
  • “Family Ready” programs for families where parents and children will learn how to get information, how to make an emergency plan, and how to build a survival kit. All materials are provided.
  • Ready or Not! programs for schools similar to the “Family Ready” program, but geared specially for children. Children will be supplied with materials to bring home to help their families to be “Family Ready”

All of our products/training are National Incident Management System (NIMS)-compliant.
